Responsible for design coordination, material inspection upon delivery, and on-site construction management of the fit-out projects under the group. Participate in fit-out scheme design, construction drawing design, design changes and other related work. Based on the construction schedule, review the construction organization design of decoration projects, supervise and coordinate the on-site construction progress of fit-out projects to ensure the completion of the decoration project schedule. Strictly supervise the construction quality of decoration projects in accordance with the contract terms, codes and specifications, and design drawing requirements; participate in the inspection and acceptance of decoration projects, as well as the selection, sample sealing and incoming inspection of decoration project materials and equipment; take responsibility for the quality of decoration projects and on-site safe and civilized construction. Contract management and payment: Prepare bidding documents for new projects, conduct bid evaluation, submit process applications, report capital plans, and manage and make payments for design contracts. Based on the company's overall planning plan or renovation plan, formulate renovation plans, structural forms, decoration plans, etc., and organize other professional teams to carry out project-related work. Complete other work assigned by the project leader.

Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in Interior Design, Decoration Engineering, Environmental Art or related fields. Possess professional knowledge of on-site construction management for fit-out projects, excellent on-site construction schedule control ability, and the ability to implement design effects.
