Job responsibilities
运营主管(入库/出库/库内/退货/客服对接)
职位概述：
分管入库、出库、库内操作、退货处理及客服对接模块，确保各环节执行高效、准确。
主要职责：
监督每日收货、上架、拣货、打包、发货及退货处理流程。
协调客服团队，处理订单异常、客户投诉及退货逆向物流。
培训操作团队，落实标准作业程序（SOP）与安全规范。
监控操作质量与效率，提出流程改进建议。
协助仓库经理完成库存盘点与运营报表。
Job Requirements
任职要求：
3年以上仓库运营经验，熟悉跨境物流仓储操作。
了解退货处理及客服对接流程，具备较强解决问题能力。
熟练使用仓库管理系统及办公软件。
中英文沟通能力优先。
可轮班或周末加班。
