Job responsibilities
This role is designed to develop outstanding talent for the company's business and project needs. Trainees will be mentored by senior executives or technical directors, receive targeted training and a customized development path, and are groomed for future core business/project roles or business unit management positions. Responsibilities include executing tasks within specific modules of the existing Sales departments.
Job Responsibilities:
1、Participate in rotational placements across various company departments to gain an in-depth understanding of the company's operational models and business processes.
2、Contribute to the planning and implementation of key company projects, assisting the project team in achieving set goals.
3、Analyze specific project issues and provide solutions and recommendations.
4、Collect and analyze relevant data, and prepare analytical reports to support management decision-making.
5、This position is for fresh graduates in Biomedical Sciences or related fields, with a career development path towards roles in Operations or Sales.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
1、Graduate with a degree in Biology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
2、International fresh graduates from Chinese universities.
3、Clear career planning, outstanding communication skills, and strong learning ability.
4、Self-driven, proactive, responsible, with strong adaptability and the ability to thrive under significant work pressure.
5、Chinese and English can serve as working languages
