Formulate and plan the factory's development goals, and devise corresponding strategies; oversee production operations and auxiliary tasks, ensuring production tasks are completed on time, with high quality and quantity, and optimizing cost, quality, and delivery schedule. Manage overall factory operations, reasonably arranging local staff to complete tasks. Handle raw material procurement, implement production plans, manage quality control, inventory, etc. Administer factory personnel, security, and logistics. Manage external liaison and cooperation.

College degree or above; proficient in total quality management, production operation management, administrative personnel management, and other professional theories, with strong management capabilities. Cost-conscious and innovative; brave to explore, take risks, and assume responsibility; possess a global perspective focused on overall situations and future development. Strong execution ability, professional ethics, and diplomatic skills. Priority given to candidates with factory management experience. CET-6 or above, proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) as working language. High stress tolerance, excellent communication and coordination skills, adaptability to new environments, and a hardworking, service-oriented attitude.
