Responsibilities Craft and lead the execution of the market launch strategy across multiple markets, including allocation of resources and budgets Source, develop and build business relationships with key local partners and distributors vital for local market success Collaborate with HQ and regional marketing teams to craft killer strategies and user growth campaigns for each market Represent SnowPlus on the global stage - align key messaging with HQ on where and how to best represent Snowplus at local events and with local PR resources Be the communication bridge for local product feedback/build process needs to HQ; then collaborate with product/engineering to ensure they are delivered Get involved in the building and management of a tight bunch of incredibly talented, driven and diverse people Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its core identity Continue to grow and build upon today to drive a sustainable business for tomorrow Requirements Who We Are Snowplus is the world’s leading independent vape brand. Job Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience running operations, strategy, negotiation, distribution, business development or a similar area and at least 1 year of e-cigarette industry Stellar relationship building skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen, from negotiation to execution Relevant experience in a consumer goods context - this role requires capability in managing channels and distributors, as well as an analytical mindset Demonstrated experience driving business outcomes/achieving business results Open to new experiences and territories, culturally sensitive Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese Passion for making the world a healthier place Entrepreneurs welcome!
