Collaborate with personnel in various markets to conduct market analysis and collect business requirements, and work with the headquarters marketing team to formulate overall marketing strategies and budget plans. Assist in handling the personnel management work of the branch, including the management of staff recruitment, dismissal, and position transfer, as well as the formulation and distribution of employee benefits of the branch. Establish/update internal policies and relevant management system documents and conduct related training in accordance with the requirements of the headquarters and the management team. Be responsible for the daily operation of the office and other related work.

Bachelor's degree or above, with English, Chinese, and Spanish (or Portuguese) as working languages. At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with participation in the entire process of plan formulation and implementation, covering both online and offline channels. Work experience in payment industry companies is a plus.
