1. Collaborate with product managers, investment personnel, and other individuals within the company to assist in drafting new and more complex Request for Proposal (RFP) responses to draft new content. 2. Write and edit accurate and relevant responses to RFPs, information requests, due diligence, and special requests. 3. Ensure timely communication and completion of the RFP. Provide excellent client services, manage communication with clients, and manage service recovery as needed. 4. Contact marketing, investment professionals, and other internal business partners to ensure a detailed understanding of the company's investment process and products, in order to make accurate and relevant proposal responses. 5. Provide continuous improvement in team processes and written request for proposal content Maintain and add new content to the RFP database. 6. Effectively collaborate with internal partner areas such as performance and legal to process information and meet legal and regulatory requirements.
