Gain insights into the current state of the industry and conduct research on the standardization levels of competitors' stores. 5. Stabilize the current level of store operations, assist regions in continuous improvement efforts, and help stores steadily enhance their performance, thereby increasing the brand's visibility and influence within the region. 6. Monitoring any non-compliant operations at the store, ensuring strict control over materials that are not part of the company's inventory to safeguard the company's interests.
