At least one year of recent relevant work experience in the ultra-casual game industry Game designer/product management background preferred Good understanding and knowledge of casual/ultra-casual game products, able to provide valuable insights Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to find creative solutions to new and unforeseen problems Ability to competently evaluate the mobile game publishing process Ability to work in a challenging environment and work remotely/from home Fluent in spoken and written English Ability to produce high quality GDDs a plus Networking in the games industry preferred Strong interest in mobile games and the wider games industry
