1. Product GTM Work There are 3 key areas of work namely 1.1 Product Strategy Work: - Define the users and painpoints - Develop the product positioning - Develop the product roadmap - Define the Product Pricing 1.2 Product Marketing Work: - Ensure that Product and Packaging Design is ready - Develop the Product Story and Sales Pitch for key users - Drive Case Study creation 1.3 Product Training Work - Develop the Global Train-the-Trainer deck for every new product launched - Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for each Market's master trainer and key trainer leaders 2. Project Management Work - Work with all the internal stakeholders (Product Planning, Brand Communications, Business Development and In-country teams etc) to ensure that all the product launches assigned to the candidate are successfully launched, on time and in full. - Work with exterrnal stakeholders (trade customers and agencies) to ensure that the products and deliverables that are defined are right and suitable for the markets to be launched.

- 5-8 years working experience in FMCG / home appliance industry - Possess product content development experience (particiapte in product story development) - Possess retail management experience (manage retail stores or field sales like promoter, merchandiser and in-store retail execution experience) - Possess strong ability to compile, consolidate and analyze data across key markets and regions. - Understand product, retail sales and marketing operations - Prior experience in a regional role will be preferred Degree and Language - Bachelor degree (Preferably in Marketing, Business Adminstration) - Strong communication skills in English and Chinese or another foreign language (will be preferred).
