This position is a Management Trainee – Ground Service (Marketing) role at Phoenix Airport, a subsidiary of Hainan Development Holdings Co., Ltd. Leveraging the Group's comprehensive development platform, the trainee will receive systematic on-the-job training and deeply engage in the daily operational management of their designated area. Through rotational assignments across core business processes, the trainee will progressively take on independent business modules. Based on individual strengths and career development direction, the trainee will achieve rapid growth within the Group. Salary Range: RMB 8,000 – 10,000 per month, plus performance-based bonuses and corporate benefits
