The Graduate School is the department that organizes and implements graduate education and degree work. It is primarily responsible for the University’s graduate student admissions and training, and building a team of graduate supervisors. It is also in charge of the organization, management and services related to graduate degree conferral and the development of degree programs. Position Summary The Graduate School seeks a full-time International Graduate Education Program Coordinator. The role is expected to participate in the international graduate program, supporting international students in handling relevant academic affairs. Job Responsibilities: 1.Manage and coordinate international programs for graduate students, working closely with relevant offices to develop and maintain multiple university partnerships. 2.Oversee academic affairs for international graduate students, including but not limited to student matriculation, course enrollment, and related training processes. 3.Provide comprehensive academic support services to international students throughout their studies. 4.Handle English translation and proofreading of official documents and academic materials. 5.Other tasks as assigned.

1.Non-Chinese citizen. 2.Three or more years of experience as a university administrator or relevant professional role. 3.Masters or higher degree. Native or near-native level English fluency; strong oral and written communication skills; high-level ability in Mandarin Chinese. 4.Proficient with standard office software packages. 5.Detail-oriented, with strong communication, management, and interpersonal skills, a proactive and responsible attitude; ability to work effectively within a team and across departmental boundaries; ability to balance and prioritize concurrent tasks. Availability for domestic and international travel as required. 6.Possess or acquire a strong familiarity with Westlake University and the university’s mission and goals. 7.Preference will be given to candidates with work experience at universities overseas or relevant experience in international student education.
