JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:To be the Head of the Procurement department, can also be a member of the plant management team, this Procurement Manager will take full charge of the Procurement department and report to the Deputy General Manager directly. In this position, the responsibilities will include but not limit to:•Managing department and people •Budget planning and management•Define and implement supplier strategy•Support definition and implementation of company strategy•Supplier market analysis•Supplier pre-selections•Work together with the Supplier Quality, Engineering and other related departments on Supplier audits, rating, approval and development•Price and performance negotiations•Contracting•Issue Orders•Supplier disqualification together with the Quality department•Supporting international purchasing

JOB REQUIREMENTS:•Bachelor or above degree in engineering, business or related discipline, Master is preferred.•8+ years of related working experiences in machinery manufacturing, automobile or electronic filed, including at least 5 years of management experience and equivalent combination of education and experience.•Demonstrated ability and proven and sustained performance of all of the tasks.•Strong supplier management, problem solving, analytical skills.•Proven entrepreneurial and leadership skills and interact well in cross-functional teams.•Fluent English in oral and writing, plus German would be preferred. •Excellent computer skills including MS office, working experience with SAP R3 will be preferred.
