Job responsibilities
1. Developing sales strategies, collaborating with other teams to align the sales strategies and ensure customers' satisfaction; 2. Driving sales, closing deals, achieving sales targets and building key accounts' profile; 3. Prospecting and lead generation in designed sales territory and market segment; 4. Building clients' relationships, accelerating the vendor on boarding process; 5. Proven B2B sales experience preferred, including excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a self-motivated, results-driven approach.
Job Requirements
1. 5+ years of sales experience within the food ingredient industry. 2. Primary focus on selling ingredients for food and beverage products, including sweeteners, prebiotics, dietary fibers, and starch-based sweeteners. 3. Possesses excellent product knowledge and expertise in product applications, especially regarding the application and sales of dietary fibers in categories such as protein bars, gummies, bakery, cereals, snacks and beverages. 4. Established and maintained network of contacts among top-tier industry clients, including companies such as Kraft, Pepsi, Glanbia, Coca-Cola, General Mills, Quest, Cliff Bar, Splenda, etc.
