This position is based in the Project/Operation Management Department of Sanya Development Holdings Co.,Ltd. The role involves developing project plans, overseeing process control, and managing completion acceptance throughout the full project lifecycle. The incumbent will coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project progress, cost, and quality objectives are met, collect industry trends and market information, and prepare in-depth research reports. Additionally, the role includes participation in industrial investment attraction, external cooperation negotiations, and brand promotion activities. Salary Range: 8,000 – 13,000 RMB/month.

1.Bachelor’s degree or above; 2.Major in Civil Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage, Electrical Automation, Building Environment and Equipment Engineering, or related fields; 3.Responsible for daily management of project sites, including construction progress, quality, safety, and site cleanliness supervision; 4.Coordinate with construction, supervision, design, and other parties to resolve on-site technical issues; 5.Strong on-site organizational and coordination skills with a high sense of responsibility.
