Job Responsibilities: 1. Lead the DSP/SSP business strategy centered around RTB in the Russian market, formulate the growth path, and focus on achieving in-depth cooperation with the Yandex AdX traffic pool. 2. Establish a prioritized partnership within the Yandex ecosystem, promote the direct traffic connection between the company's DSP and Yandex SSP, optimize the bidding algorithm, and synchronize anti-fraud data, ensuring a steady increase in the market share of the RTB market. 3. Be responsible for comprehensive communication with local Russian customers and partners, actively maintain good cooperative relationships, deeply explore potential business opportunities, and expand business cooperation models. 4. Closely monitor the dynamics of the Russian market and the situation of competitors, collect, organize, and analyze relevant data, and provide accurate data support and forward-looking decision-making suggestions for the company's business development.

Job Requirements: 1. Have more than 5 years of work experience in the advertising and Internet industries, with in-depth and rich practical experience in the field of programmatic advertising business, and be familiar with the entire process of programmatic advertising business. 2. Have practical experience in successfully docking with Yandex or mainstream local advertising platforms in Russia, and be able to independently solve various technical and business problems that occur during the docking process. 3. Be proficient in Russian, possess excellent business negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills, and be able to communicate efficiently with local Russian customers and partners. 4. Have a profound and comprehensive understanding of the Russian market, and possess rich local advertising industry resources, including but not limited to media resources and customer resources. 5. Have keen market insight, be able to accurately grasp market trends, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and be able to efficiently deal with various challenges in a complex, changeable, and fast-paced working environment.
