Job Summary: As the President of SEA Region of Dyna.Ai, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our business operations in the Southeast Asia, Based in Jakarta. You will drive strategic initiatives, manage key relationships, and oversee the overall expansion, growth and profitability of the business in SEA. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and market penetration in the SEA Region. * Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region to drive business development and revenue growth. * Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform business decisions and strategic planning. * Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies in the SEA market. * Drive innovation and continuous improvement in AI and Cloud Service offerings to meet the evolving needs of customers in the region. * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the SEA market.

Candidate Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. * Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the Fintech technology, AI, or Cloud Service industry. Prior experience in SEA market is highly preferred. * Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI, Cloud Service, Financial, Insurance, Internet, or related industries. Knowledge of the business operation of Banks and Non-Banks is a plus. * Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams. Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve business objectives. * Business Acumen: Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
