Job responsibilities
1. Assist the General Manager in coordinating the heads of various functional departments to align business objectives with company plans. 2. Track the comparison between goals and results in the dashboard every month, and integrate evaluation summaries from all functional departments and departments. 3. Integrate projects initiated by all department heads, assist the general manager in arranging weekly management meetings, update project progress and results. 4. Handle and supervise the approval process in daily business, such as contract segmentation and signing, application processing, etc. 5. Assist the general manager in organizing and translating business documents, such as daily business reports, letters, and company announcements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher. - French language skills: French as a working language. - Management skills: strategic planning, marketing strategy, project and personnel management. - Financial management skills: Knowledge of domestic and international laws and regulations.
