• To plan, deliver and review lessons which are appropriate to the age and ability of the students so as to facilitate progression in pupils’ learning and to ensure they are engaged in learning • To produce teaching materials and resources which are appropriate to age and ability. • To assess, record and report on the development, progress and attainment of all pupils assigned to a teacher • To manage the classroom and teaching equipment so as to create a positive learning environment which makes effective use of available resources. • To maintain good order and discipline among the pupils。 • To plan opportunities to develop the social, emotional and cultural aspects of pupils’ learning. • To participate in staff meetings as required.
