RequirementsHigher Diploma or Certificate in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or any other related disciplinesHolder of Safety Green Card is requiredMinimum 6 years’ relevant experience in a similar capacityMember of relevant professional institutions is preferredKnowledge of building services installation and relevant statutory regulationsFamiliar with project co-ordination, site progress monitoring and technical drawing in AutoCAD/RevitGood command of both written and spoken English and ChineseGood interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
