Job responsibilities
1、Responsible for the game to experience, in a short period of time to master a variety of game play; 2、Accept game VIP customer consultation, help VIP customers to answer game questions; 3、Responsible for answering and handling inquiries and complaints, provide quality service;, actively resolve matters for customers, increase user game viscosity; 4、Collect and collate the feedback of the platform game advice and complaints, summary of the problem feedback to the relevant departments to submit suggestions for improvement and follow up on the implementation. 5、Carry out VIP value-added service activities organisation, planning, follow-up.
Job Requirements
1、Korean, bachelor degree or above, at least two years of related work experience; 2、Love the game industry, have played a strategy handheld game in depth (SLG is preferred); 3, good communication with people, strong adaptability; optimistic and cheerful personality. 4、Patient, strong sense of responsibility, customer service consciousness and team spirit, honesty, treat people politely and considerate. 5、Skilled in Korean as a working language, knowledge of Korean game users is preferred.
