We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Agent or Happiness Specialist to provide a professional and friendly service via email and live chat channels. The person should be keen to help others and be able to remain calm under pressure. You will also need to translate our products into Chinese. We will provide you with the tools to do this easily and you will need to do this regularly and review others' translations. Job Requirements: - Customer support experience in a fast paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. - Enjoys making customers happy. - Should have the ability to assess each customer's problem - Know how to handle difficult clients/customers - Good analytical and problem solving skills - Good and accurate record keeping skills - Must be a good team player - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks - Knowledge of domain names, search engine optimization and analytics preferred - Must be able to work remotely full time (at least 40 hours per week)
