1. Marketing strategy and execution capability
-Integrated Marketing Strategy Development: Possess the ability to develop integrated marketing strategies and plans, based on the company's business development strategy and market research results, formulate comprehensive integrated marketing strategies, covering various aspects such as online and offline products, prices, channels, promotions, etc
-Marketing Activity Planning and Execution: Able to plan and execute various marketing activities, such as EDM&SMS advertising, promotional activities, exhibitions, social media marketing, etc., to ensure the effectiveness and creativity of the activities
-Digital marketing skills:
1) Familiar with the operational rules and algorithms of mainstream overseas social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., able to develop social media marketing strategies, plan and execute social media marketing activities, enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
2) Content marketing and marketing automation, with the ability to create and manage content, capable of planning and producing high-quality content that attracts overseas target audiences, such as articles, videos, images, etc. At the same time, familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, etc., enables the automation and intelligence of marketing processes.
2. Data analysis and decision-making ability
-Data collection: Possess the ability to collect and analyze channel data and market evaluation, able to collect and analyze cross-border market data information, evaluate market performance and trends, and provide a basis for formulating marketing strategies
-Data analysis: Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics to conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data, providing insights into market trends, consumer demand, and marketing effectiveness through data analysis, and providing a basis for decision-making.
-Decision support: Able to provide scientific basis for marketing decisions based on data analysis results, optimize marketing resource allocation, and improve marketing effectiveness.
3. Channel management capability
-Channel establishment and expansion: Familiar with sales channels and distribution networks in overseas markets, able to establish and manage relationships with overseas agents and distributors, and expand overseas market share.
-Channel optimization and maintenance: Evaluate and optimize existing channels to improve channel efficiency and sales performance, while maintaining good channel cooperation relationships.
4. Market Insights and Trend Grasping
-Market research and analysis: Master the methods and skills of market research, be able to design and execute market research projects, collect and analyze market information, understand competitor dynamics, market share changes, and consumer demand trends, and provide strong support for the company to formulate marketing strategies.
-Industry trend research: Have a keen insight into the development trends of the industry, pay attention to the changes in new technologies, new channels, new consumer trends, etc., be able to adjust marketing strategies in a timely manner, seize market opportunities, and respond to market challenges.
5. Cross cultural communication and collaboration skills
-Language proficiency: Possess good English or other fluent overseas target market language skills, able to conduct business negotiations, write marketing materials, and conduct market research.
-Cross cultural understanding and communication: Having studied or worked abroad, understanding the culture, values, and consumption habits of different countries and regions, being able to effectively communicate with people from different cultural backgrounds, and adapting to different cultural environments.
-Localized marketing capability: able to localize and adjust global marketing strategies, localize product positioning, advertising content, promotional activities, etc. according to the cultural characteristics and consumer needs of different markets, and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of marketing activities.
