Job responsibilities
Job Overview This role focuses on development of North American home improvement and building material retail channels, including but not limited to Home Depot and Lowe’s. This position is core to opening local retail channels and distribution networks for the company’s four core product lines. Key Responsibilities · Key Account Channel Development: Focus on development of North American retail channels. · Distribution Channel Development Understand North American building material & home goods distribution logic. Develop and manage regional distributors and wholesalers, optimize channel structure, standardize pricing systems, and drive incremental sales from offline distribution channels. · Revenue & Profit Management Take full responsibility for annual sales turnover, collection and profit targets. Monitor channel sales volume, gross margin, operating cost and inventory status, dynamically adjust sales strategies, and ensure sustainable profitability of the department. · Market & Competitor Analysis Continuously track North American market trends, terminal sales performance, competitor pricing, product updates and promotion strategies. Regularly deliver market intelligence reports to support product iteration, pricing adjustment and channel promotion decisions.
