Responsible for the recruitment, compensation, training, onboarding, and resignation management of international employees in overseas subsidiaries (Southeast Asia, United States, Brazil, etc.); 3. Responsible for salary design, performance management design, and operation of Chinese and foreign employees; 4. Responsible for building the human resource management system and preparing management system documents for overseas subsidiaries.

1. English can be used as the working language; 2. Have years of experience in domestic and overseas recruitment work; 3. Able to adapt to work time differences.
