Job responsibilities
1. Coordinate the Closing of each Real Estate Transaction;
2. Help Sales interpret the contract written in English;
3. Coordinate the mortgage application process;
4. Coordinate the closing with US counterpart
Job Requirements
1. Native Speaker (or start speaking English at the age of 18 or earlier) of English;
2. Be able to communicate with clients patiently and clearly in both Chinese and English;
3. Detail-oriented and well organized;
4. Please send in a recent photo for reference;
5. It is a full-time position and would require long term commitment from the future employee (3-5 years at least).
