Job responsibilities
This is a full time on-site role for a Korean Speaking Customer Service Specialist located in Jakarta. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via chat, as well as resolving customer issues and providing exceptional service. The Customer Service Specialist will also maintain accurate records and assist with billing and payment inquiries.
Job Requirements
Strong communication skills Experience in customer service or related field is preferred Familiarity with MMORPG, and Ragnarok Online IP Ability to work on-site in Jakarta and remotely if needed Excellent written communication skills in Korean and English Ability to empathize with customers and diffuse escalated situations effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems Bachelor's degree Willing to work on public holidays and weekend shifts
