Develop copyright resources, promote the screening and introduction of foreign-published products, and handle copyright export of original products; Follow up and implement key cooperation projects, and control project progress; Conduct copyright business negotiations, review and sign contracts, and handle royalty settlements; Plan and arrange international exhibitions and cross-border visits; Maintain good and trusting relationships with clients, authors, and agents.

Full-time bachelor's degree or above; overseas study experience in Europe, America, or Japan is preferred; More than 3 years of work experience; work experience with overseas clients for over 2 years is preferred; Passion for cultural exchange and trade-related work; experience in children's products or copyright is preferred; Proficiency in either English or Japanese as a working language, with communication skills; Confident, good at communication and problem-solving, with a meticulous work attitude; awareness of team collaboration, and flexible thinking and problem-solving abilities.
