Job responsibilities: 1. Achieve sales goals of assigned market of Europe and North America. Responsible for developing markets, managing business accounts, formulating and implementing sales channel development plans 2. Participate in industry exhibitions and business trips in European and American countries. Develop high-quality customers through various channels 3. Establish and maintain distribution partnership. Gain sales growth in repsponsible regions and countries according to company strategy 4. Implement ESR product strategy and marketing strategy to promote the rapid sales growth with business partners and customers.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above, 6 to 8 years of international sales/ account management experience. 2.Understand the development of distrubution channels and retail channels. Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus. 3.Native English speaker. Understand written Chinese. Oral Chinese is required for company internal communications. 4.Passionate. Optimistic. Strong learning ability and adaptability. 5.Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good team spirit.
