Job responsibilities
1. Speech-Language Pathologist Job Description Responsibilities: • Work in partnership with families, children, teachers and specialists; • Conduct Intake Interviews, Observations and Screenings; • Consult with families and schools; • Perform Speech and Language assessments and interventions; • Develop individualized treatment plans; • Be an active member of our multidisciplinary team and promote quality service for children; • Work independently in a peer-supervised team setting; • Lead professional development trainings and seminars for colleagues and the wider community. Qualifications and Experience: • CCC-SLP required for U.S. candidates; equivalent experience or training required for other candidates; • Mandarin is desirable; • Good command of English. Qualifications and Experience: • Master’s Degree in OT required for U.S. candidates; equivalent experience or training required for other candidates; • Preferred experience includes supporting children with autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays and mild to moderate learning needs; • Sensory Integration certification desirable; • Mandarin not required but desirable; • Good command of English. Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Responsibilities: • Work in partnership with families, children, teachers and specialists; • Conduct Intake Interviews, Observations and Screenings; • Provide direct ABA therapy to children; • Develop individualized treatment plans; • Be an active member of our multidisciplinary team and promote quality service for children; • Work independently in a peer-supervised team setting; • Lead professional development trainings and seminars for colleagues and the wider community; • Conduct verbal behavior/ language assessments. Qualifications and Experience: • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification; • Mandarin speaking is preferred; • Good command of English. Learning Support Specialist/Reading Specialist Responsibilities: • Evaluate reading strengths and weaknesses, and match these skills with appropriate techniques and materials; • Set student goals and instructional outcomes based on specific strengths and challenges in reading; • Provide individual and small group instruction for students struggling with reading; • Be an active member of our multidisciplinary team and promote quality service for children; • Work independently in a peer-supervised team setting; • Lead professional development trainings and seminars for colleagues in the wider community; • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology or related field, with specialized training in working with students with reading difficulties, e.g., Lindamood-Bell or Orton–Gillingham training or the equivalent; • Experience in the assessment of reading difficulties; • Excellent oral and written communication skills; • Mandarin-English bilingual speakers preferred. Educational Psychologist or Neuropsychologist Responsibilities: • Perform standardized Psycho-Educational and/or Psychological Assessments and follow-up support; • Work in partnership with families, children, teachers and specialists; • Conduct Intake Interviews, Observations and Screenings; • Consult with families and schools; • Be an active member of our multidisciplinary team and promote quality service for children; • Work independently in a peer-supervised team setting; • Lead professional development trainings and seminars for colleagues and the wider community. Qualifications and Experience: • Degree in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology required for U.S. candidates; equivalent experience or training required for other candidates; training in administration, scoring, and interpretation standardized assessments. • Mandarin not required but desirable; • Good command of English. Qualifications and Experience: • Master’s Degree in a field of mental health required, such as: Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Psychotherapy, Clinical Social Work (200 hours), Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy; • Preferred experience includes autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, developmental delay and clients with mild to moderate needs in a school-setting; • Mandarin not required but desirable; • Good command of English.
