Job responsibilities
- Establish and maintain trade partnerships with foreign customers. - Conduct market research to gather information on overseas markets, customers and competitors. - Develop and implement export business development plans and related actions to achieve sales targets. - Negotiate and close sales deals with potential customers. - Manage the sales process, including order placement, fulfillment and collection. - Ensure timely delivery of products or services to meet customer requirements. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback to maintain good customer relations. - Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production and logistics to ensure smooth running of the sales process. - Attend trade shows, conferences and other industry events to network and explore new business opportunities.
