Job responsibilities
1. Formulate and implement quarterly and annual sales plans according to the company's strategic development goals, and supervise the implementation of the company's sales task goals;
2. Responsible for the negotiation and signing of major marketing contracts;
3. Regularly verify and analyze the marketing environment, goals, plans, and business activities, adjust marketing strategies and plans in a timely manner, formulate preventive and corrective measures, and ensure the completion of marketing goals and marketing plans;
4. Supervise the company to improve the sales system system, evaluate the incentive mechanism and business processes, so that the company's sales system can operate better;
5. Responsible for the department's sales team building, personnel training and assessment, and at the same time do a good job in talent echelon building.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years of sales management experience, those who have experience in sales management of packaging products in large LED packaging companies are preferred;
2. Have rich customer resources, a stable customer base, and have large customer industry customers are preferred;
3. Have strong business negotiation skills, good customer and network resources, and have experience in developing large customers are preferred;
4. Candidates who can use English as a communication language are preferred.
