Customer Order Management: Responsible for responding to customer order requests, maintaining close communication with clients, coordinating internal and external resources to fulfill orders, promptly addressing any issues that arise during the process, and ensuring orders are completed on time and to the desired quality standards. 2. Client Relationship Maintenance: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, continually optimizing service processes, effectively resolving client concerns, and enhancing both the client experience and loyalty. 3. Interdepartmental Collaboration & Data Management: Work closely with the operations team and the finance department to ensure the accuracy of financial and business data related to orders, assisting in cost accounting, account receivables management, and other tasks. Regularly generate business reports to provide decision-making support for upper management.
