Job responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement English teaching programs according to the school's teaching plan and curriculum requirements to ensure the quality and effectiveness of teaching.
- Adopt diversified teaching means and methods to stimulate students' interest in learning and improve their English application skills.
- Organize extracurricular English activities, such as English corner and speech contests, to create a strong English learning atmosphere.
- Establish a good teacher-student relationship with students, pay attention to students' learning progress and difficulties, and provide necessary assistance and guidance.
- Participate in the school's teaching research and curriculum reform to promote the continuous improvement of English teaching.
- Abide by school rules and regulations, fulfill the professional ethics of teachers, and establish a good image of teachers.
Job Requirements
1. Native English Speaker from USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, Australia and Ireland.
2. Bachelor degree or above.
3. Over 2 years teaching experience.
4. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate is preferred.
5. Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
6. Excellent organizational and neatness skills enthusiastic in teaching.
