Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for operating and maintaining the company's social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other channels; 2. Responsible for publishing social media content that attracts users, including copy, images, and videos; 3. Actively interact and connect with users, collect user feedback, and improve user engagement and satisfaction; 4. Collect product images and video materials created by users, work closely with content creation teams to generate social media content for dissemination; 5. Explore and analyze user preferences, provide creative and high-quality suggestions for content creation, and improve fan metrics and content quality on various platforms; 6. Analyze social media data and develop suggestions for improvement strategies.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Priority given to majors in marketing, media, advertising, and related fields; 2. At least 3 years of experience in social media operations; 3. Familiar with major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc, 4. Have experience in independent brand social media fan operation and user management, with successful cases; 5. Proactive in work, with a sense of service, strong ability to withstand pressure, strong execution and communication skills.
