Proficiency in Papermaking Technology: Deeply understand the production process of household paper, including raw material proportioning, pulp preparation, paper forming, pressing, drying, coiling, cutting, and packaging, ensuring product quality meets company and customer standards. Fault Identification and Troubleshooting: Quickly identify various faults and issues in paper machines, including but not limited to paper defects (such as sheet breaks, wrinkles, spots), abnormal equipment sounds, overheating, etc., and take effective measures to resolve them, minimizing downtime. Equipment Maintenance and Upkeep: Develop and execute daily maintenance and regular servicing plans for papermaking equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, fastening, adjustment, etc., to ensure equipment operates at optimal performance and extend its service life.

At least 3 years of direct operational experience in the household paper manufacturing industry, familiar with various papermaking machinery and operation processes. Overseas work experience in the same industry is preferred. Professional Skills: Proficient in papermaking processes, with good basic electrical knowledge; familiar with the structure and working principles of papermaking equipment, capable of independently diagnosing and repairing faults. Physical Fitness: Good health, able to adapt to workshop working conditions, with a strong sense of safety. Excellent communication and coordination skills, willing to learn new technologies and continuously improve work methods. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and good team cooperation spirit and problem-solving ability. Willing to be stationed in Ghana for work.
