Job responsibilities
Responsibilities: 1、Manage core Key Accounts in Switzerland and Austria, overseeing full sales value chain (pricing, product, promotion, inventory, etc.) as well as building and maintaining strong customer relationships, to ensure achievement of sales targets; 2、Support daily management and business development of some Key Accounts in Germany; 3、Handle key account sales operations, including but not limited to: product listing and maintenance, sales data collection and analysis, business review, inventory planning and replenishment coordination, in-store retail execution (in close collaboration with retail team), planning and execution of sales and promotional activities.
Job Requirements
Requirements: 1、Solid experience in sales; background in consumer electronics or home appliances is a strong plus; 2、Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,dynamic,and multi-tasking environment,with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset; 3、Positive and proactive, with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work closely with both local German teams and global headquarters; 4、Strong business acumen and a continuous improvement mindset; 5、Native-level German and fluent English, with English used as a working language; 6、Able to work on-site in Neuss, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
