Responsible for formulating and improving practical overseas warehouse operation monitoring plans, optimizing management processes and KPI assessment standards for warehousing, transportation, etc., and effectively implementing monitoring and management. 4. By optimizing business processes and system processes, develop labor efficiency standards, monitor labor efficiency and allocation, and continuously optimize the labor costs of self-built overseas warehouses. 5. Quickly, actively, and proactively respond to the business demands and requirements of sales, providing solutions and organizing implementation.

Experience in establishing warehouses in Southeast Asia is required! 1. College degree or above, majoring in logistics or management. 2. More than 1 year of warehouse management experience in Southeast Asian countries is preferred. 3. Familiar with international logistics and related policies and regulations, and understand customs clearance processes and document operations. 4. Possess good team management and communication skills, with strong business development and coordination abilities. 5. Strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability. 6. Proficient in computer operations, with a good command of office software and logistics management systems.
