Timely receive returned items and handle after-sales repairs, and be able to independently take charge of after-sales management work. Manage the warehouse operations and regional delivery team, effectively motivate employees, and implement performance management, etc. Maintain close communication with logistics, personnel, finance, customer service and other departments, timely understand business needs, and coordinate to solve problems.

College degree or above, with fluent Chinese and English skills. 3 years or more of UK warehouse management experience, with backgrounds in cross-border e-commerce, overseas warehouses and logistics industries. Familiar with daily warehouse operations and regional driving and delivery business, and understand relevant compliance, safety and management requirements. Excellent communication skills and team collaboration ability, with a high sense of work responsibility. Those with excellent operation and management capabilities are preferred, and those with study and work experience in the UK are preferred.
