You thrive on determining the overarching creative and functional goals of a project and driving and managing user experience within the context of marketing promotions, category features, marketing campaigns or a brand framework. You are a leader who can align, motivate, and communicate with a great group of creative resources, but also driven to roll up your sleeves to make great work yourself. Requirements:• Strong, demonstrated understanding of user-centered interaction design methodology and Web technology• Expert creative and design skills as they apply to typography, color, layout/composition, perspective and imagery• Ability to work on Mac and PC platform• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, ImageReady, InDesign, Quark and Acrobat• Proficiency in Macromedia Flash, Fireworks, and Dreamweaver• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, DHTML, JavaScript, and AJAX• Knowledge of Web standards and cross-browser issues• Experience optimizing Web page design for performance/conversion and search engine rankings• Familiarity with Agile development processes a plus• Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus while providing and accepting constructive criticism• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once under simultaneous deadlines• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or design theory prefered• 5-7 years' experience in Web and print design• eCommerce UED/design/UX experience highly preferred• Portfolio of online/offline creative• Required: Professional fluency (speaking, reading, and writing) in Chinese (Mandarin).• Required: Professional fluency (speaking, reading, and writing) in English.
