Formulate and achieve regional business strategic objectives in alignment with the company’s overall development strategy, and take full accountability for the P&L (Profit and Loss) of the assigned countries/regions. Oversee the overall market planning of the designated regions/countries, identify potential customer opportunities, and monitor the overall business performance. Lead the development of local logistics suppliers, conduct end-to-end supplier management, and complete the integration of logistics service products. Support the business strategy by establishing local organizational structures, operational processes, and high-performing teams, and drive the implementation of corporate culture at the local level.

Bachelor's degree or above; fluent English is required as a working language. Over 8 years of professional experience in the logistics industry, with at least 3 years of hands-on logistics management experience. A self-driven individual with a passion for embracing challenges and a strong spirit of innovation. Demonstrated strong leadership skills, along with solid capabilities in cross-departmental collaboration, resource coordination and management. Willing to accept long-term overseas posting. Candidates with prior experience in the Southeast Asian market or overseas working experience will be given priority.
