Job Responsibilities 1. Fully responsible for international freight forwarding business operations, including marketing, selection and planning of logistics routes, supply development and management of sea transportation, customer service and business operations, and other comprehensive freight forwarding business work; 2. Be responsible for the overall business management of the company's freight forwarding business, and establish a safe, stable and smooth management operation system. 3. Pay attention to the development trends of the logistics and freight forwarding market, keep in regular contact with customers, and effectively maintain customer relationships. 4. Be responsible for formulating long-term strategies and annual business operation plans, and lead the team to achieve various business and management targets. 5. Be responsible for the daily work management and performance assessment of employees, and actively carry out team building and the cultivation of key personnel. 6. In accordance with the company's development needs, form and improve the teams of branch companies to ensure talent reserves and team building. 7. Participate in sales management, be responsible for promoting the team to implement the sales of various products and subsequent follow-up to achieve the overall performance target.

Job Requirements College degree or above, familiar with the local freight forwarding market in Cambodia, proficient in the local languages, Chinese and English, familiar with the local geographical distribution. Those with local management experience are preferred. 2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in the freight forwarding industry is required. Candidates should be familiar with the development trends of international air and sea freight. Those with working experience at the general manager level of a branch company or in an equivalent position are preferred. 3. We are engaged in services for direct customers, such as factories, traders and other direct customers, providing them with a one-stop service, including door-to-door services such as trucking, customs declaration, inspection declaration, sea transportation and destination port services. 4. Participated in the investment and acquisition of international cross-border and Chinese logistics node resource assets, such as investing in container yards, warehouses, fleets and other businesses; 5. Possessing rich management experience, with strong planning, control, coordination and communication skills; Strong sense of responsibility and impartiality; 6. Possess comprehensive qualities in personnel decision-making and public relations, be good at in-depth communication with others, and have an eye for discovering talents. 7. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, with strong team leadership skills and good communication skills.
