According to overseas market nodes, plan special activities, formulate operation strategies and promotion plans, track operation and promotion effects, and quickly iterate strategies with the help of market changes; 5. 1. Bachelor degree or above, CET-6 in English, able to communicate orally; 2. Have at least 2 years of experience in TikTok and Douyin live broadcast operations, live broadcast experience is preferred in beauty or FMCG, familiar with short videos and live broadcast gameplay; 3. Familiar with the commercialization model of Douyin & TikTok, and have a certain understanding of overseas platforms (TikTok, Google, Facebook); 4. Performance-oriented, with systematic thinking, excellent data analysis ability and user insight ability; 5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong self-motivation and learning ability.
