Job Responsibilities: 1.Achieve the sales targets set by the company. 2.Maintain and track relationships with existing clients, conduct satisfaction surveys, and actively utilize company-provided channels to develop new clients and explore new business opportunities. 3.Handle orders and track progress, assist the shipping department with shipment and transportation arrangements. 4.Promptly follow up on customer complaints, collaborate with the production department to provide relevant information, and offer timely solutions to maintain customer satisfaction. 5.Safely store customer documents and samples, and maintain organized archives. 6.Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership and coordinate effectively with other departments.
