Job Overview This remote role is based in Vietnam, with candidates residing in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi preferred. Professionals with extensive experience in Vietnamese educational administration authorities and secondary school management are prioritized. Job Duties Working with full headquarters operational and resource support from Ambright Education Group, you will undertake the following core promotional and administrative tasks targeting Vietnam’s prestigious universities, secondary schools, and educational organizations: 1.Promote Ambright’s full line of academic programs to the admissions and international offices of Vietnamese universities and high schools. 2.Provide end-to-end local support for the nationwide rollout and promotion of the Aptitude Scholastic Test (AST) across Vietnam. 3.Take ownership of all administrative arrangements for Ambright-hosted seminars, industry conferences, and education forums in Vietnam focused on Chinese international education, designed for local admissions officers and school administrators. 4.Support the marketing and partnership development of Ambright cross-border exchange programs, including SAYA, AYC, AFT, and other youth mobility initiatives with Vietnamese schools and education bodies. 5.Drive promotion and cooperation negotiation for all other cultural, humanistic, and artistic exchange projects operated by Ambright in Vietnam. 6.Manage daily administrative operations for all Ambright local activities in Vietnam, including timely response to institutional and student inquiries.

Person Specification This role delivers comprehensive business and administrative support to expand Ambright’s brand influence and business footprint across Vietnam’s education sector. 1.Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above; proficient with mainstream office software and digital collaboration tools. 2.Passionate about cross-functional teamwork, multi-stakeholder project delivery, and external institutional communication. 3.Priority given to candidates with extensive working experience in Vietnamese educational administrative authorities and secondary school campus management. 4.Retired or incumbent senior education administrators with deep local Vietnamese education industry connections are highly preferred.
