Department: APAC region Reports to: APAC GM Location: Seoul, Korea As a key member in APAC sales team, drive South Korea business for product and business growth in the region via both online and offline activity. This role requires a self-motivated and detail-minded person, who likes working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and be able to think big while developing detailed and comprehensive plans backed by data and insights analysis. He/She will communicate and execute defined strategies and plans across different functional teams and regions in APAC. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Oversees and monitor South Korea market reporting to APAC GM. Channel analysis and new business development (Channels/Distributors) Achieve the sales targets according to the annual sales plan. Responsible for the channel sales and marketing strategies, formulation, and rational allocation. Responsible for the planning and implementation of channel sales activities Regular reports（WBR, MBR, QBR）

Minimum 10 years’ experience or equivalent in CE and e-commerce industry. Experience in distributor management. Experience in the local country dynamics broken down into distribution networks, online and offline channels. Experience of working in a regional multi-cultural environment and managing projects involving different countries is a plus. Able to work in a team while demonstrates professional and positive attitude when working individually and under pressure. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Fluent Korean & English, in both written and verbal communications. Understand how to work with a local APAC team and a Chinese HQ. Understand and can work strong with HQ online GS team. Background of vacuum, robotic appliance, connected device, smart home devices is a plus
