Qualifications: 1.Dutch can be used as a working language, proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Experience leading a team of 3 or more people is preferred 2.Negotiation skills and strong social abilities 3.Able to control the visual and audiovisual effects of social media according to company requirements and local culture, completing the company's brand promotion plan 4.Able to independently plan and conduct offline activities, as well as recruit participants for events 5.Strong execution and communication skills, able to quickly implement creative ideas with strong initiative 6.Results-oriented with a high level of self-motivation
