Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Analysis & Strategy Development Conduct in-depth industry research on consumer goods sectors (both B2B and B20markets), including competitor benchmarking, user demand trends, and investmentopportunities. Develop investment strategies aligned with corporate goals, covering equityinvestments, mergers and acquisitions, and portfolio optimization. 2. Deal Execution & Due Diligence Lead end-to-end investment processes: feasibility studies, financial modeling,valuation analysis, and risk assessment . Oversee due diligence for target companies, including financial audits, legalcompliance, and operational evaluations. 3. Post-Investment Management Monitor portfolio performance, design value-creation plans, and coordinate post-investment integration (e.g., supply chain optimization, channel expansion) Prepare periodic reports on investment returns, market dynamics, and exit strategies 4. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, finance) to aligninvestments with product development and market expansion Maintain relationships with external partners, including financial institutions, PE/Cfirms, and industry experts.

Qualifications: 1. Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related fields; CFA/CPA/FRcertifications preferred Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for private equity fundsand B2B2C business models. 2.Experience 5+ years of investment experience in consumer goods, with exposure to both B2and B2C markets. Proven track record in leading deals from sourcing to exit, preferably in FMCGhealthcare, or retail sectors 3. Skills Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and report-writing capabilities (e.g.investment memorandums, lRR calculations) Excellent negotiation and communication skills; ability to manage complexstakeholder networks.
