Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic User Operations Specialist to join our team, focusing on enhancing user engagement and collecting valuable feedback to improve our application. You will be responsible for designing, organizing, and executing user engagement activities, as well as formulating strategies to encourage active participation. Your work will directly impact user retention rates, satisfaction levels, and the ability to improve the product based on real user insights. Key Responsibilities: 1. User Engagement and Activity Creation: Plan, execute, and manage virtual or in-app activities (such as surveys, challenges, contests, webinars) to enhance user engagement and participation. Develop creative and interactive activities that encourage users to share feedback, engage with new features, or participate in community events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create activity themes, content, and promotional materials. 2. Feedback Collection and Analysis: Design and distribute surveys, polls, and feedback forms to gather user insights on application features, user experience, and satisfaction. Analyze the collected feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Report the findings to relevant teams (product, marketing, customer support) to influence product decisions and enhance the user experience. 3. User Engagement and Retention: Create and implement strategies to increase active user engagement in activities, feedback sessions, and application usage. Develop incentive programs or rewards to encourage users who contribute feedback or participate in activities, helping to maintain sustained engagement. Monitor and track user engagement metrics, and adjust strategies to meet activity attendance and feedback collection targets. 4. Community Building: Foster a sense of community among users through regular engagement activities, such as discussion forums, in-app interactions, and social media. Formulate communication strategies to keep users informed about upcoming activities, new features, and how their feedback impacts product changes. Encourage users to interact with each other and create a more active and engaged application community. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to promote activities and encourage user participation. Collaborate with the product and design teams to align feedback with ongoing application development and improvement plans. Cooperate with the customer support team to ensure that user feedback is promptly understood and addressed.
Job Requirements
Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field is preferred but not required. Language Proficiency: Proficient written and verbal English skills are necessary for clear communication with global teams and users. Experience: Prior experience in user operations, marketing, community management, or similar positions is preferred. Skills and Traits: Good communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and build connections with users. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of designing interesting and appealing activities. Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple events or activities simultaneously. A data-driven mindset, with experience in analyzing feedback and user behavior to optimize engagement strategies. Good interpersonal skills and a passion for creating positive user experiences. Desired Skills: Familiarity with application analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.). Experience in using email marketing, survey platforms, or CRM tools (such as Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, Intercom, etc.). Knowledge of UX/UI principles and an understanding of how user feedback impacts design decisions. A background in community management or social media interaction.
