Job responsibilities
1. Identify, source, and conduct initial screening of overseas electronic component suppliers (including original manufacturers, authorized distributors, independent distributors, etc.) based on company business needs. 2. Assist the supervisor with price inquiries, price comparison, preliminary negotiation of commercial terms, follow up on order execution status, and coordinate relevant processes such as logistics, payment, and invoicing to ensure timely and compliant supply. 3. Participate in daily communication and liaison, maintain good cooperative relationships with suppliers, follow up on delivery schedules and after-sales issues, ensuring timely and smooth exchange of information. 4. Track overseas component market trends and price fluctuation and regularly compile and report industry information. 5. Collaborate with Sales, Quality, Warehousing, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain operations.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronic Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields preferred. 2. Proficient in English for professional communication; proficiency in Chinese, Korean, German, or Spanish is a plus. 3. Basic understanding of electronic components, familiarity with cross-border procurement processes, international purchasing internship or work experience, or familiarity with electronic supply chain resources in Europe/US, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong/Taiwan are preferred. 4. Proficiency in using office tools such as Excel, Word, and ERP systems. 5. Detail-oriented, strong execution skills, high sense of responsibility, good communication skills, teamwork awareness, strong learning ability, and resilience to pressure.
